Mac and Windows
Keeping Mylio up to date means that you always have the newest features and tools at your fingertips. If an update for Mylio is available, you will be prompted to install the update automatically. If you decline to update Mylio, you will be asked again each time the application is closed and reopened. If you are having trouble using the in-app update methods, you can also download the latest installer from https://mylio.com/get-app. Installing an update of Mylio over an existing installation will not affect your photos or other user data as long as you follow the instructions listed here.
iOS and Android
Like most apps, Mylio will update automatically from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. However, you can manually check to see if an update is available on these devices as well.
- Open the App Store on iOS or the Play Store on Android.
- On iOS, Select Updates in the bottom right, on Play Store navigate to My Apps.
- If an update is available for Mylio, it will be listed here. Select Update on the right side to install the update.
